uSwitch recently announced the results from their broadband customer satisfaction awards and we are happy with the results. We didn’t sweep the board like last year, but Plusnet did finish in the top 3 in 10 out of 11 categories.
Over 12,000 UK broadband customers took part in the survey. The results saw Plusnet keep top spot for Quality of Connection, which we are extremely proud of and hope to win it again next year.
WebUser has voted Plusnet the best broadband deal for students. The popular fortnightly magazine noted that students would benefit from our short contract period and the free overnight usage on Plusnet’s Broadband Your Way Option 2.
That means that you’ll be able to finish that last minute assignment without worrying about reaching your usage allowance at 4am.

Good news today came in the form of a BBC news article covering the results from the recent customer satisfaction survey carried out by consumer comparison site Broadband Choices.
The survey of 4,000 broadband households, conducted by independent research and consulting agency YouGov, asked consumers to rate their ISP against various criteria including quality and reliability, download time, clarity of billing and pricing, after sales support, value for money and speed of service activation.
PlusNet topped the table with a massive *79%* of PlusNet customers that were surveyed saying they were satisfied with their broadband service across *all six categories*.
