Just a few days ago we heard of the demise of the Tiscali brand, after TalkTalk finally killed it off. Trouble is, there are still plenty of people stuck on Tiscali packages and TalkTalk is increasing the prices of their packages by £5 a month if they don’t take a TalkTalk phone line. More…

Phone lines to Plusnet’s sales team suddenly got busier this afternoon when Martin Lewis made an appearance on BBC Radio 2’s Jeremy Vine show. The ‘Money Saving Expert’ explained how, if you’re paying £10 a month for your broadband with another provider, you could save over £50 a year by moving to Plusnet.
I don’t know about you but I didn’t get many gadgets this Christmas – come to think of it I didn’t get many presents full stop. Maybe it’s my age – or do I have fewer friends than I used to? I did get some clothes so at least my wardrobe got some new friends, although I notice it still has some hangers on.
