If you do get on a segment shortly after it&#039;s been activated then you&#039;ll find that the performance of lower priority traffic like Peer-2-Peer and Usenet tends to be better because there are less packet drops - http://www.plus.net/support/network_performance/broadband_packets_drop.shtml</description>

		<description>I didn&#039;t think the usual announcement was very customer-friendly and we&#039;ve been meaning to re-write it for a while. Instead of go with a &#039;copy and paste&#039; job I thought I&#039;d go into a bit more detail about the forecasting and what we have planned for the future. Hopefully it&#039;s an improvement?</description>
