Just a quick EOD from me today.. I’ve got to hurry off to make a call with the Forum moderators in a bit.

Did you see that we’ve launched our new beta Support Library today?  Good isn’t it?  I hope you find some interesting help and support guides in there that you wouldn’t find on our http://www.plus.net/support pages.

I think that ITV in London will begin showing our sponsored Weather idents from tomorrow.  I really like the way the team from McCann Erickson has brought the rolling fields of our website to life and it’s a neat touch dragging the clouds to the recycle bin.

Here’s Kevin from the Customer Options Team, with our only submission for today:

A very overcast day in Sheffield today, but it’s almost the weekend and using Laura’s logic that if we get all the terrible weather out the way now, the weekend will be brilliant.

Weather aside; it’s been a busy day on here assisting our customers onto the best packages for them. We’ve had some assistance today from Damien and Kim with a few people being off today. Laura has been helping our Human Resources department, while myself, Edmund, Paul, Magdi and Kevin (the other one) have been focusing on our email responses from customers.

Darren has been assisting everyone on the department when needed and Josef has been making tea whenever I see him.

Well that’s dropped Josef in it.  I’m sure he’ll thank you for that Kev!
