It’s been pleasant surprise that all the rain (and we had plenty) has now passed us by and it’s actually been a relatively pleasant day in Sheffield today.  Which means I won’t get soaked on the way home tonight, which will be nice!

We’ll start things off with an update from me, letting you know how Comms have been today!

I’ve been burying myself in our forums, picking up a few long standing faults and making sure everything is ticking along as it should be.  Bob’s been doing some change control and service status work.  Chris meanwhile, has begun his monthly task of looking at the Customer Satisfaction Survey.  Matt been having fun looking at TR-069, whilst Mand’s been working her way through a bunch of tasks and doing some project work.

Coming late to the party is Mark, from Business Support.

I have been taken off the phone today and working on tickets ensuring that we are answering all our tickets and trying to ensure they are answered within 4 hours. Mick has been working with our Plusnet Partners while Martin has been raising faults to BT. Chris and Phil have been busy working on projects while Oliver, Ian, Adam and Adam K have all been busy taking calls.

Today has been a busy day on calls but we have been able to keep a very good call answer rate on the business side of 94%.
