It seems like ages since I’ve done an EOD. I’ve been out of the business for a couple of days, so today has been a day of trying to catch back up. That’s pretty tough though because everything here seems to move so fast

Are you “up to speed” Oliver from the Business Support Team.

Wednesday has brought another busy day for the business support desk, lots of calls coming through from our Business customers and Plusnet Partners with a wide range of subjects to discuss. No real specific problems to report today, the calls have ranged from reporting faults, IP address changes to provisioning issues.

The team have assigned Martin to deal with the ADSL fault tickets that have been raised by the Plusnet Business customer base.

Adam has been concentrating on dealing the Plusnet Partner technical & fault tickets today while I have been dealing with the tickets coming in from the Plusnet Business customers. This has ranged from technical inquiries, to provisioning and billing.

Chris from Comms? Had to catch up too.

Seems only fair that I write the Comms EOD today.

So what happened on the desk of wonder?

• Matt carried on with TR69 project work.
• Bob wrote numerous service status posts and looked after networks change controls.
• James also did a lot of writing and posted on the forums.
• Mand checked that problems were kept under control and wrote some training.
• I caught up from my longgggg weekend and did some internal documentation.
