Well Mr Bunker may not like Mondays, but I don’t mind them – if you got rid of them, Tuesday would just become Monday and then where would we be? Tuesdays however, now you’ve got Monday out of the way but you still have FOUR WHOLE DAYS to battle through. I don’t like Tuesdays.

As many existing customers will be aware our Home Phone products haven’t been changed in quite a while.
However, we will soon be launching an updated set of Home Phone products. In a change from how we’ve designed Home Phone products before you will now see line rental and call plan separated, both on your invoices and in the Member Centre.
If you’re not currently a Plusnet Home Phone customer then read on to find out about all the upcoming changes and see what extra features we’ll be adding to our Home Phone products. We’ll be contacting everyone who signs up between now and May 11th by email just after the changes have been made to advise you when your change to the new product will take place.
Many of you will have questions regarding our recently announced changes to our residential ‘phone products.

We get quite a few comments on these blogs each week and I can’t actually remember a single comment that we haven’t approved for display. (with the exception of duplicates!)
uSwitch recently announced the results from their broadband customer satisfaction awards and we are happy with the results. We didn’t sweep the board like last year, but Plusnet did finish in the top 3 in 10 out of 11 categories.
Over 12,000 UK broadband customers took part in the survey. The results saw Plusnet keep top spot for Quality of Connection, which we are extremely proud of and hope to win it again next year.
