Well it’s 9pm on Friday evening, I had planned on leaving almost on time today but things just seem to be busy busy busy and I’m now only just getting the End of Day done when I should be watching the The Daily Show and QI. Oh well at least I remembered to Sky+ them, well I hope I did.

So what do we have for you today in the End of Day? We’ll start off with Jake with the CSC top 5:

Afternoon, the calls into CSC today have been mostly:

1. Provisioning Updates
2. Fault Upates
3. Router Configurations
4. Sales Enq
5. Email setups.

Next with the HR Team End of Week is Barbara:

•Happy New Year to Everyone*
•I generally like the New Year as it a time of new beginnings, don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened, You cannot turn back time and do things that would benefit you. Accept that some days you are the pigeon and some days you are the statue; however after all that ‘positiveness’, I still don’t like the fact that my birthday was on the 5th and that I’m another year older (but not wiser!) …this meant there was lots of cake to be had here on the ground floor in Development at the start of the week, with people turning out their cupboards to start all those good intentions…anyway enough of that…

•In HR we got back into the swing of things by getting some interviews under way for our QA position.

•It’s our last month at coordinating the Recognition awards ready for the Company Rally on the 28th; and so we spent some time arranging a survey based on all those nominated last month. Next week there will be a meeting between departments to discuss the winners.

•Finally we’ve been starting work on a presentation to show the results of the Employee Opinion Survey…so watch this space.

And lastly for today it’s me with the Products End of Day:

I’ve been creating lots of reports including churn, failed billing and ceases as well as working on traffic management with a bit of help from one of our forum mods. Rich has been working on TR-069, VoIP and product rules. While Luke’s been looking at WLR and concentrating on regulatory stuff.
