Crikey, Mondays always appear to come round quickly… I can’t quite believe it’s Monday (and nearly the end of it) already. Hopefully, everyone had a good weekend and has started the week refreshed.
I thought I was having a good day until I sat down to review some logic that James had been writing on Friday – never a good idea before lunch! Work in the Web Dev department has continued on the various projects that are ongoing. Duffy has also been producing a video walk through to one of our online processes to take people through tomorrow, while I’ve been having my head scrambled with logic and getting on with some coding. Kelly’s returned to the office following his 2 week holiday, looking refreshed, but I think it’s a safe bet it won’t last
Carl from Customer Services updates us with:
Hello, and greetings from Carl in Customer Services.
It’s been a fairly busy day today, with customer services missing a couple of people on holiday there have been ten of us working very hard to deal with your queries. I started off the day on the ‘phones, and then went to do tickets this afternoon, and ended the day checking on broadband orders, ensuring everything is going ok. Joe and Chris have also been picking up tickets, and Chris has even found time to scan in letters, and attach them to the various accounts. Considering Monday is always our busiest day, we have done very well to keep call queues down, the call answer rate at an acceptable level and to answer all of your queries.
When we finish, Mark is looking forward to a nice glass (or two) of wine, Big James will be DJ’ing online (musicworldradio.com) and I shall be playing on XBOX Live, so if anyone is up for a bit of a challenge then you can find my Gamertag in the Gamers forum at http://community.plus.net/
Bye!
Well, that’s all for today…
Colin
