I’ve been so busy looking at spreadsheets I’ve completely lost track of time.. best get a shift on and get the EOD out then hadn’t I?  By the way, any Madasafish customers reading this?  Great to have you on board – I hope you are finding our scribings interesting..

Without further ado, here’s Mark in the Business Support team:

I have been rushed off my feet with calls, tickets and faults.  Carl has been training some team members today while also dealing with the provisioning issues, while Gordon has been busy taking calls from BT regarding a number of issues.  Martin has been chasing up BT on customers’ faults all day though, due to being two staff members down, he has spent a lot of today on the phone.  Phil as always has been looking busy and for once he has not shouted all day so it’s been very quite in the office.

James over at the Product desk:

As is usual, I’ve been playing around with hardware and talking with Thomson about our next order. I’ve also managed to find some time to dip into our forums.  Maria’s been spending her time looking into wholesale stuff as well as doing some Team Admin.

Dave’s been looking at some reports for our Finance team and Rich seems to have spent the whole day in meetings.

And yes, the Mythical Ceiling of Doom (clouds) is still upon us for the 3rd day running (No, I have no idea what he’s on about either – Ed).

Matt, quick update please:

It’s a quickie today, as Chris has ducked out of the office without writing an EOD (and it was his turn too! the fiend…)

So, Mand has been looking at some slammed lines and some problems; I’ve been sending emails, writing and chasing any number of issues about the business today; Bob has mostly been causing email problems without even trying but has also been in a few meetings and dealt with a bit of Ironport stuff and Chris has been the forum guru.

In other news, the dark side brings you the best breakfast ever.

Oh dear..   Never mind, at least you get to cover it over with your jam.  Until tomorrow dear reader.
