Sorry about the poor turn out of departmental End of Day’s so far this week. Pirate Pete’s on the case to get you a bumper crop of juicy news tomorrow.

Colin’s been on loan to Marketing today working on something for them. Dan’s been adding an admin panel to our internal iGoogle-style dashboard while I’ve been adding some requested features to our shiny new task manager. Phil, Mark & Grzegorz have been doing much the same as yesterday… but with stronger coffee. Pete’s been going to lots of meetings and doing some team appraisals. James has been making some improvements to the Help Assistant.

We’re now a couple of days back into Greenwich Mean Time and the nights are drawing in (there’s even a forecast of snow) but work carries on as usual.

We have some new additions to the team this week: Laura, Heather, Davina and Matt have joined us from the provisioning team and are settling in well but have yet to get used to the tea rounds. Sal is back from a week off in Jersey and is cracking on with the business accounts (the gifts of toffees and fudge went down a treat). Kev, Adam, Daz and myself have been doing the usual helping customers and seeing if there are better packages for their needs. As for the gaffer (Kelly) she’s had a quiet week so far, so unfortunately theres nothing more I can really add.
