PC Advisor have released the results of their annual Broadband Survey for this year as voted by their readers. Plusnet are very proud to have been voted joint second in the ‘Best overall ISP’ section.

We’ve also picked up a Recommended badge for ‘Best broadband deal’ section where we tied second place with Zen.

Looking at the scores, we got top marks for both Customer Service and Would recommend and only lost out on speed – we suspect that this is because we aren’t yet offering ADSL2+.

However with ADSL2+ appearing on the horizon, we’ll soon be able to level the playing field with the ISPs offering upto 24Mb speeds and aim for the top spot next year.
