This way you get to see Plusnet just as we are, a really good insight. I'm sure we'll be able to better the sound quality for the next time round! I think it could do with a tiny bit more polish (shaky video is never good! :P) Also a challenge for you - do one without looking down at pieces of paper every few seconds!!!
