I agree with Larry - why pay for services like webex? The days of webex and such corporations are done. I've used
Crossloop, and it is nice to use. Another one i like is Mikogo (http://www.mikogo.com). It is also very easy to
use and can be used for more than just a remote support tool because you can invite multiple people
to view your screen. So you could have a team of people checking out someone's screen!

I have used crossloop. It is good. Take a look at showmypc.com . Uses similar technologies, but installation is a breeze (in fact, no installation, just download and run the exe and you are all set). Plus, no registration, no questions asked. I really love it. And now it is available on the mac and linux too. Anyways, these programs blow the heck out out paid services like webex (unless you like throwing your money away). - Larry

Ian - As I would say in Russian "Gramadnoe Spasibo!" - A HUUUGE THANK YOU for your post from all of us here at Crossloop! It is so refreshing to see such a great post from a truly excited Crosslooper! Something which I wanted to add is that - not all experts provide free technical support, if the problem is somewhat extensive some experts do charge a little for their efforts. Also - if you think you are an expert yourself (in something related to computers) - signing up to be an expert is very easy. Here is a video demo of the accounts feature:

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or comments!

Have a great day, and thanks!
