		<description>While I fully support this code from PlusNet&#039;s perspective, I am disappointed that it hasn&#039;t covered mobile broadband, especially Pinciple 5.  My current mobile provider could certainly learn a bit about how to treat a customer respectfully by observing most of the CoP.</description>

		<description>Heard about this on the news this morning - was surprised the BBC were going on about ISPS having to advise customers the actual expected speed to be received rather than the &quot;up-to&quot; figure.  My ISP (PN) did this when I signed up for the ADSL Max service back in 2005/06.</description>
