		<description>That may not be timezone support though - that might just be the fact that the phone adjusts its clock to the network clock, à la a British phone moving between GMT/BST correctly.</description>

They do!  Or at least, they do where the network supports it.  Every time I've been to the US the phone has detected the new timezone on registration with the network.</description>
