Following hot on the heels of Friday night’s success at the ISPA awards we’ve got even more good news!
This morning uSwitch announced the results of their broadband customer satisfaction awards and PlusNet swept the board.
Nearly 11,000 UK broadband customers were surveyed and we came out top in a staggering 9 out of 11 categories including Best overall customer satisfaction, Best customer service and Best technical support.
We’d like to thank each and every one of you who took the time to vote for PlusNet in these awards and for your continued support.

I can't believe we didn't win best for billing 
TalkTalk don't charge for their crappy Broadband... they just charge a premium on their phone service - so it's not hard for them to mess up the billing on 'free' broadband. Mind you... that is about the only thing they get right.
