It would be nice if the page linked to actually existed - and I'm surprised the fact it doesn't hasn't been spotted/fixed apparently 10 hours after this blog post was made!
Works for me and has done most of today on the attempts I have looked at it.
Hmm, trying again, it works. It was definitely a problem with the PN site though as it was the portal's customised 404-type page that I saw, not just a generic error in my browser.
