I've been with PN for longer than I can remember and, although there have been a few problems, when I hear the issues some of my friend have with their ISP's I'm very glad I stayed. I think what stands out is the openness and transparency of the PN Staff in forums and newsgroups. Well done - well deserved. I agree with the above.
