With the focus on iPlayer and it's associated usage increase, does peering help at all with reducing transit costs for PNT, or increasing the speed / availability of iPlayer content? And with the usage going up, could the peering set up fees model change, so rather than it being a fixed fee regardless of the usage levels, it changes to being a charge per MB/GB transferred?
