Dear oh dear. The box is rather like the operating system itself really... tries to make a big visual statement but isn't functionally very helpful.

Why?

A simple box would have caused a lot less hassle, and I can already see ripped service codes being a cause of complaint.

This further reinforces my theory that Vista should in fact be called "Windoes Fisher Price".
