Our holiday photo competition has now closed and a winner has been decided!

The competition attracted 182 entrants with a total of 464 pictures submitted. Of the 182 customers who entered around half were posting here on the Community site for the very first time.

The standard of the photographs was very high and it was an extremely difficult job to select a top 10. We put together an internal panel comprising of photo enthusiasts from across the business and selected the top 10 based on how they captured that holiday feeling.

The final vote was incredibly close with just two votes separating the top three pictures.

We could only have one winner though and the photo that you selected as the overall competition was “dad at snoring-on-sea” with 20% of the final vote.

This picture really does typify the traditional British summer holiday!

The lucky winner is Seismic who was posting for the very first time and is the lucky winner of a brand new Canon SLR camera.

Well done and thanks to everybody who entered the competition or took the time to vote.
