One on the email folder view and the other if you actually click to open an email. One of the views flashes up a confirmation message IIRC whilst the other doesn't. Instructions say 'left click' which doesn't apply on a Mac. I have 'ticked' emails that need notifying and then clicked the appropriate button. How can I tell if the notifcation has gone through?
