Sorry to inform you but unfortunately due to the small take up of the wireless service, we've now removed it for all customers.

I'll find out who told you that Plusnet can offer it and remind them it was removed.

Hi there

Given that this statement was made in Aug 2007 can someone please expolain to me why Metronet support have just told me that BT OpenZone is ONLY AVAILABLE to PlusNet customers.

Does the 'A prime example of this is Wi-Fi access (from BT Openzone hotspots at airports, libraries etc), which was only ever made available to PlusNet customers due to the complications of building separate versions. Going forwards this will not be an issue because having one portal will mean we only need to build one version of each new system or product. ' really take this long to deliver?

Must I close my MetroNet account and move to PlusNet to gain this functionality?

Regards
Andrew

It'll be sad to see the option to sign up to the F9 brand disappear. I go right back to 1997 (£10 a month for PAYG local rate dialup!) and have had a Force9 account since then. I know I will keep my account, but about half my referrals currently still choose the F9 brand over the PlusNet brand. It is the end of an era!
