		<description>Definitely worth emphasising that we're not just churning out a spec., passing it over to India and then waiting to see what happens. Effectively these guys are part of our development team, they just don't sit in the office with us. They're also genuinely enthusiastic about their work: last Wednesday was a national holiday over in India, but in the evening one of their developers hopped on MSN  (in his own time, from home)  just to chat about how the integration work was going over here.</description>
