Last month we announced the fantastic news that we had once again topped the uSwitch survey (independently run by YouGov) for Overall Customer Satisfaction.
YouGov surveyed 20,000 customers overall, with at least 200 from each mentioned ISP.
Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting Steve Weller - Head of Communications Services at uSwitch - who paid us a visit here at PlusNet towers to deliver a shiny new addition to our trophy cabinet.
Seeing as I know how much Carol likes having her photo taken, here’s a picture of her receiving the award from Steve yesterday…
