The connection is fast enough and as an added benefit she has free UK mainland and overseas telephone calls. This is especially useful as her brother lives abroad. I wish I had taken the same deal. Regretfully there is only one telephone exchange here to serve around 200,000+/-People, this could be the reason; but even so I do feel agreived by the cost. Perhapse the powers that be at force 9 could look into the situation here at Scarborough? I can see the requests but it's likely that any request may have been rejected in the past as you're currently on 512k.
