Hi,

I've had a look into this for you and I think the problem's down to the line length rather than anything else. I've sent you a ticket with more details (you should have received an email).

We are suffering very slow rates of speed on the internet due to your " evening out " of access times . Consequently we now experience the OLD drop out problems and slow speeds we were troubled with earlier this year. We thought that this had been overcome with BT intervention at our end by disconnecting our phone extensions, resulting in improved access speeds. We only get 1MB at the best of times but now that has dropped to around 600kbs and we are suffering from your actions . It is not a happy situation and is very frustrating . As we are paying our subscriptions regularly we expect to get the full service we are paying for not a reduction due to matters out of our control. It tends to reflect that your system cannot handle an expected surge in use without affecting other users detrimentally. I don't see it as anything to be proud of on your part unless you can show you intend to increase your broadband output in the near future.
