It’s been a busy week at PlusNet Towers. I thought I’d summarise some of the posts that have gone out in case you’ve missed any!
Big news of the week: PlusNet has come out top for Customer Satisfaction in the results of the uSwitch Survey. This is a great return to the top position after our disappointing drop in the last survey.
Some of you may remember our post about our public allegation of Talktalk ’slamming’ customers? Liam has posted an update on the comms blog about the reactions from both the public and the press.
With all the bad weather we’ve been having, we’ve seen an increase in the number of faults being reported into our Customer Support Team. James has put together a wealth of information about ADSL Max speed faults and what to expect during the faults process.
Finally, Matt Grest our Head of Future Development has been talking internally about digg.com. He’s made a post about how an application like digg is important to PlusNet and made comment about Digg and how it has handled a recent website update.
