Holy crap... you really do need a meecard!
About half of those were signed up for just after BarCamp in a wave of web2.0 enthusiasm! The only ones I really use are delicious, lastfm and flickr. Though i think I could get into Twitter especially with the Facebook F8 integration! And I love how Jaiku creates a kinda lifestream.
