Becuase with the Tiscali LLU service, it's merely the broadband that is unbundled, rather than telephone and broadband ala the likes of TalkTalk. The lead times are also the same - taking 5 working days for a cease and then 5 working days for the provide, which would be on an IPStream Max service. Moving the phone service would be exactly the same as with a normal home phone house move. Essentially it's the same process. What would happen in the case of a PlusNet LLU customer who also has the PlusNet telephone service? How would their house move proceed?
