We have updated the expected speed page for our PlusNet Broadband Premier customers.
After an introduction and then a quick removal, the speed table has returned. The new page shows the minimum rate limits that will apply for Premier customers using our network at busy times (Which differs from the fixed levels for BBYW products).
Unlike BBYW products, Premier customers will see higher speeds than those listed on this page on less busy days of the week (The figures quoted are for the busiest day on our network). This is because we will relax the rate limits for Premier customers to use any ’spare’ bandwidth, whereas BBYW products will always get the same fixed amount. This reflects the difference in product design between BBYW and Premier products.
The pages can be found here:

A blog post, explaining in more detail the design of Broadband Your way compared to Premier will be posted in the next week or so.
