Priority Problems on the Portal
This successfully rolled out a week ago, and since then, we have (at the time of writing) published 20 problems to the portal. We hope customers are finding this insight in to the internal workings of PlusNet useful!
Current Developments
As a team, we are currently working on many various projects. Personally, I am involved in the following projects:
Rate My Ticket
We are currently in the process of developing a change to the ticketing system. This will involve removing the current 5-star rating system and replacing it with the standard Smilie Face system used on the Support Pages.
Community Site
We are now working on developing the community site, which we hope to have ready for a Public Beta test in early April. We are also working on a new prototype for the site, which we hope to be able to share soon. Those attending the Open Day may get an early peak at the site...
Cam and Tam are working on other projects as well, but I shall leave it up to them to post about them.
