"It was another good day yesterday, with only 2 workflows below target.

Calls remain an area of focus, but ticket productivity has become consistently high. We are also making a break from tradition and making more and more outbound calls in order to cut down on the ticket tennis which is both frustrating for customers and expensive.

Analysts - CALLS 88%
Analysts - QUESTIONS 108%
BOT Analysts - FAULTS 215%
BOT Analysts - PROV 97%
Call Back Analysts 122%
CSC Faults 127%
Tiscali Faults 114%
ITW Analysts 112%

More updates tomorrow."
