General Max complaints – predominantly customer complaining about not having been maxed, a couple of complaints of loss in service and a number of people complaining about BRAS either not being reset, or being set to silly levels.
General Tiscali complaints – Customers losing connection since migration and reporting slow speeds.
Ticket response times – Customers complaining about how long it is taking to get a response and a large number of ticket requests are hitting the forums.
