Tiscali – 34944 Intermittent Connection – Chased for update. Last heard Tiscali suspect their wholesaler (NTL)�
Email – 34996 Intermittant Speed Issues With Portal And Workplace – No sorted and queues back to normal although we did corrupt a small volume of email that is likely to cause forum discussion.
Problem (ID 35065) Incoming mail being corrupted – Caused by amavis AV software on 2 of the mxcores�
35063 – P2P (Mark Wilson) – suspect incorrect profiling
Problem (ID 35102) – Tiscali Auth Failures – closed as a duplicate of the intermittent problem although graphing suggests wider issue – under investigation�
34673 Charity days service status page – Upgraded to P1 then back down to p2, customers querying this in light of recent email issues
32729 Portal Access – Will chase next week.

- General Max complaints � predominantly customer complaining about not having been maxed, a couple of complaints of loss in service and a number of people complaining about BRAS either not being reset, or being set to silly levels.
- General Tiscali complaints � Customers losing connection since migration and reporting slow speeds.
- Ticket response times � Customers complaining about how long it is taking to get a response and a large number of ticket requests are hitting the forums.
- VMBU complaints � Number of PAYG customers complaining about discrepancies between peak and off peak usage
